Cake International is held at Birmingham NEC 4-6 November 2011 all the ideas, supplies, demonstrations and workshops you could ever need for cake decorating, cupcaking, cookies and baking! More info here.
I love it, it’s the best place to find unusual bits and pieces, ooh and aah over fantabulous cakes, meet up with other lovely cakey girls and boys and of course stock up on edible glitter!
It also costs me aching arms (from all the shopping) and a good hole in my purse but I can’t wait!
I’ll be there all three days so there’s a good chance we’ll bump into each other too.

As dates go that weekend is go wrong for me. I’m going to see Erasure on the Friday which i’ve been waiting twenty years to do and having a bonfire party at my house the following day. But come the Sunday I’m totally happy to accept some winning tickets and strut round that show still covered in glitter and smelling of fireworks, but with the widest smile on my face.

Ohh…this looks amazing. Have never been before but would really love to go! I love looking at all the new cake supplies and ideas although it could be tricky trying to resist getting everything!
