A couple of weeks ago Edd (from Bake Off) and I attended a jam making session hosted by Stoves and the WI in London.

At this time of year you just can’t beat nature and all the lovely fruit it gives us for free! I’ve been lucky enough to get my hands on a huge amount of Damsons. After our jam stocks have surged enough see us through the next five years I thought I’d better find something else to use them for.
