    Hi Ruth,
    This looks delicious but it is possible tomake it with regular ingredints rather than the polenta?
    I'm lucky enough to not have anyone with food intolerances and they are not 'struck' on polenta! They are such fuss pots!

    Bernice – I would either replace the Polenta with plain flour, or increase the weight of ground almonds x
